Please read the Terms & Conditions below.  This will apply each time you access or use the BT Radianz Directory.  If you are satisfied with these terms and can agree to them on behalf of your company, click on the Accept button at the bottom of the page. This will lead you to an Account Registration Page. Within this page you will be asked to select a preferred username and password. If your request is authorized by BT Radianz, which is a manual verification process and can take up to two business days for confirmation of access, your username and password will enable you to log into the Directory section of our website. Please ensure that you remember to tick the 'Requested Access' section for access to the Member.

GENERAL
Your use of the BT Radianz Member Directory ("Member Directory") web sites and all information contained in or derived from the Member Directory is subject to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”).  BT Radianz may update these Terms from time to time by posting such updates on either the Member Directory site, without prior notice.  By accepting these terms, you are agreeing to them on behalf of your company.  Any reference to “you” in these Terms, refer to you, your company, and any other employees, agents, or contractors of your company that may see any information contained in the Directory.

BT Radianz provides the Member Directory as a convenience to you. Your use of the Member Directory and the information contained in or derived from them is strictly limited to viewing and evaluating the services provided by BT Radianz.

AUTHORIZED USERS ONLY
Only authorized users may view or use the Member Directory.  You agree that you will take every reasonable precaution to prevent unauthorized access to or use of any passwords, user identification, login identification or other information that are provided by BT Radianz in order for you to access the Member Directory.

CHARGES
You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any and all Internet usage or call charges you may incur while using the Member Directory.

CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree to treat all information residing in or derived from the Member Directory (“Information”) as confidential information belonging to BT Radianz and shall keep in confidence the Information using the same standard of care you use to keep your own confidential information secret (but shall use no less than a reasonable standard of care).  You shall not, under any circumstances, disclose information to any third party without BT Radianz’s prior written consent, and then subject to the terms of that consent.  You shall take reasonable steps to ensure that any of your employees or anyone within your company with whom you share Information shall be aware of and abide by your obligations under these Terms.

WARRANTIES AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
THE MEMBER DIRECTORY TOOL, INCLUDING ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN, IS INTENDED FOR YOUR USE STRICTLY AS A MANAGEMENT TOOL AND IS BEING MADE AVAILABLE AS A CONVENIENCE TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.  BT RADIANZ MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE TOOL AND ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN. SPECIFICALLY, BT RADIANZ DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, TITLE, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. RADIANZ MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT THE MEMBER DIRECTORY OR INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS, DEFECTS, OMISSIONS, INACCURACIES, OR DELAYS IN UPDATES. 

BT RADIANZ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE THE MEMBER DIRECTORY OR ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THEREIN OR TO DELAY THE DELIVERY OF INFORMATION AT ANY TIME.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BT RADIANZ OR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MEMBER DIRECTORY OR INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN, OR THAT RESULTS FROM MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, ERRORS, DEFECTS, DELAYS IN UPDATES, EVEN IF BT RADIANZ WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

BREACH OF THESE TERMS
If you or any of your users commits, in BT Radianz's sole determination, a material breach of these Terms, BT Radianz reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to and use of the Member Directory.

ON BEHALF OF YOUR COMPANY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE THAT THEY REPRESENT THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BT RADIANZ WITH RESPECT TO THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREIN, AND SUPERSEDE ALL PRIOR AND CONTEMPORANEOUS PROPOSALS, DISCUSSIONS, AGREEMENTS, UNDERSTANDINGS, AND COMMUNICATIONS, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL.
