The BT Radianz Global Support Centers (GSCs) are located in London and New York, operating in a 24x7 “follow-the-sun” mode.
Staffed with highly skilled individuals specially trained to address technical service incidents, BT Radianz’s GSCs resolve 70% of queries during initial phone calls. BT Radianz GSC assumes ownership of incidents from the time of their initial reporting through to resolution, and will provide customers with regular progress updates until full resolution of the problem is achieved and confirmed by both parties.
